The International Excellence Team of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate has a group of professionals who are part of the International Federation of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate and are known on the international circuit for:

  • Their high professional standard obtained in international and global competitions;
  • The constant effort, passion and dedication when displaying their profession;
  • The constant study and research in their subject;
  • For ethical and moral behaviour which brings growth and the sharing of values in that sector.

The aim of the team is to pubblicise international cofectionary around the world through;

  • Events and fairs;
  • Management of confectionary forums;
  • Collaboration on an international level;
  • Preparation of teams and individual competitors to compete on an international level.
