The Federation of Pastry, Ice Cream and Chocolate is pleased to extend you an invitation to the FIPGC 2017 World Championships which will be held at Host Fiera Milano from  21^st to 24^th October 2017.

The Federation of Pastry, Ice Cream and Chocolate organizes, every  two years, the two World Championships:

• The World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream Chocolate
• The Cake Designers World Championship

This year 40 national teams from 5 continents, will compete the title at the FIPGC WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS.

On the 21^st and 22^nd October at “The World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate” the following nations will compete for the title:

FRANCE, AUSTRALIA, ITALY, HONG KONG, JAPAN, ALBANIA, USA, BULGARIA, THAILAND, GREECE, CHINA, UNITED ARABIAN EMIRATES, CZECH REPUBLIC, SWITZERLAND, ROMANIA, MEXICO, MOROCCO, COLOMBIA, TUNISIA, SPAIN.

On 23^rd  and 24^th  October at the “Cake Designers World Championship”  the following nations will compete for the title:

JAPAN, SLOVAKIA, ITALY, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, FRANCE, CZECH REPUBLIC, UKRAINE, POLAND, USA, PERU, SRI LANKA, PUERTO RICO, MACAO, SERBIA, HONG KONG, HUNGARY, GREECE, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, CHINA, ENGLAND.

Since we appreciated your great work, we would have the pleasure to give you our approved FIPGC Food Blogger brand.

The approved FIPGC Food Bloggers will have:

• free entry to the fair and all the cake work previews.
• If you would not have the possibility to come personally to the fair, you could have the opportunity to have the FIPGC approved brand and share all the news we will send you.
• the possibility to have the access to the forum to make photos and take videos of the event.
• you will be included as an institutional food blogger of the World Championships by adding your blog (link) to our International web site.
