Our work is entirely handcrafted, as is The FIPGC World Trophy of Pastry, Ice-Cream and Chocolate. Created by the hands of a famous craftsman who took charge of its design and production. You will soon discover who created, for the Federation, this wonderful jewel dedicated to the world of Patisserie.
