The FIPGC (International Federation of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate) establishes the World Trophy of Professional Tiramisù FIPGC, the competition is open to all professional pastry chefs that will have to face two tasting test challanges:
– The Traditional Tiramisù
– The Innovative Tiramisù
The competition will take place at Host Fiera Milano on 22 October 2021.
