FIPGC Panettone World Championships
At the FIPGC Panettone World Championships, organized by the International Federation of Pastry, Gelato and Chocolate, competitors will compete in three different categories (Classic – Innovative – Decorated).
“BEST CLASSIC PANETTONE IN THE WORLD 2020” (with candied fruit, raisins and cedar): The evaluation criteria by the jury will be: aroma, cut, cooking, taste, softness and alveolation.
“BEST INNOVATIVE PANETTONE IN THE WORLD 2020” (innovative means in taste and / or content and / or processing or technical innovation of the product): The evaluation criteria by the jury will be: perfume, cut, cooking, taste, softness , alveolation, innovation.
“BEST DECORATED PANETTONE IN THE WORLD 2020”: The panettone will be evaluated only for its aesthetic aspect, difficulty of the techniques used, cleanliness of the work.
