“The World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate” and “Cake Designers World Championship” are the two World Championships that the International Federation of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate organizes at the Host Fiera Milano. The competitors must face artistic and taste tests which will be evaluated by an international jury composed of the coaches of each participating team.
