National selections in Germany: 25 November 2018 in Nuremberg.

The selections for “The World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate FIPGC” and “Cake Designers World Championship FIPGC” will be held on November 25, 2018 in Nuremberg which will decree the two German nationals who will participate in the world championships which will take place from 18 to 22 October 2019 at Host Fiera Milano. Numerous participants are enrolled in the selections. They will have to compete in artistic and tasting tests, concerning chocolate, isomalt, pastillage, cakes, ice cream and cake design. Kristina Rado will be president of the jury in the German selection of cake design, while Fruzsina Nagy will be president of the jury for the selection of pastry.

Nationale Auswahl in Deutschland: 25. November 2018 in Nürnberg.

Die Auswahl des Wettbewerbs “The World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate FIPGC” und “Cake Designers World Championship FIPGC” finden am 25. November 2018 in Nürnberg statt. Diese zwei deutsche Teams repräsentieren Deutschland während den Weltmeisterschaften am 18. bis 22. Oktober 2019 bei Host Fiera Milano in Mailand. Zahlreiche Teilnehmer wurde in die Auswahl aufgenommen. Sie müssen ihre künstlerische Kenntnisse beweisen, und an Verkostungstests teilnehmen, bezüglich Schokolade, Isomalt, Pastillage, Kuchen, Eiscreme und „Cake Design“. Kristina Rado, Vorsitzende der Jury von Cake Designers und Fruzsina Nagy, Vorsitzende der Jury von Konditor Team führen die Auswahl des Wettbewerbs.
